How is it different? "Urk" is a natural result of being lifted by the throat. Different from when DP stopped Cap's assault by grabbing him and lifting him by the neck. Did you see DP resist or struggle or gasp for air?
Change his mind? He stepped up for Blade when the chick attacked him. He wasn't looking for a fight.

Probably not, i feel like it's doubtful we'll see Blade again due to the gauntlet nature of the comic. I'm pretty sure Deadpool is just supposed to fight his way through different enemies until he gets the girl. It's more likely we'll see Deadpool vs. Dracula than another round of Blade vs. Deadpool. If we do it will probably be a team up once Blade is updated on the current situation and realized Shiklah doesn't command the royalty it was assumed she did.

1. When they were fighting on the speeding train why did DP yell "yaaow!"

2. How in the heck did Blade disappear?

He just jumped really quickly onto the top of the tunnel and out of deadpools line of sight
