Alright for the Record. This is current Norrin, Vs Kyle with the Ion Symbiote + GL Ring. The ring servers to justify Ion’s short lived era and feats.
Personally this is probably as close as a match as it gets. Both hold some insane history of high end feats.

Minus the ability to make Constructs. Norrin can basically do everything Kyle can and vice versa. This might piss off a few members, but because of the constructs, I will grant Kyle a slight edge.

Energy Out Put
This is probably the most difficult to judge. It seems, as if Norrin can command great amount of energy more comfortably. However, Kyle has some insane peak out puts. For now I will say, its about even.

Meh, once again, id369: nice work. But I disagree with energy/matter manipulation being a toss up. Norrin's much better in that area. Especially in matter manipulation. Hell, during his battle against God Cable they were matter manipulating and rebuilding everything as fast as they were destroying it, all while holding back.
Surfer's got Kyle dead to rights in that area.
The rest, man, nice stuff. Diversity I might go with Norrin, too. 'Cause the PC allows for astral plane and psychic abilities along with the typical stuff Kyle can do.

I don’t expect, anyone to really agree with me 100%. I can understand why you deem Surfers energy/matter manipulation superior. For me, the Heavens Ladder, and The Blind feats where exceptionally high to deem it to close to judge.Anyhow I will continue part two.
