FC 5 and fC 7 are like night and day. Morrison dropped the ball. It's not so much what happened that is the problem it's how it happened. We all know the heroes win in the end and all (in continuity) but this was a Crisis it shouldn't be so cut and dry considering that what DS did to Earth was unprecedented in the DCU main.

What has Ds done to put him on a level with Lt? Ds just prior to this story had his heart ripped out by his son in countdown so I fail to see a connection.
Replacing god would have put him above LT and as far as getting his heart ripped out, how is that relevant to his FC portrayal? He wasn't concerned with fisticuffs in FC, 3 billion humans were his body.

When did I say Thanos was above physical contact and when did I compare him to the Lt?Also, that situation was entirely different as Drax was encoded to kill him while Orion wasn't.
I was just noting the coincidence or blatant copying of two events that were similar

🙁 I also thought it was Cain who said he intended to replace God....Man, I'm gonna have to sit down and reread all of it.
Cain was using the Spectre to spite the (true) old god, Cain said he was working for the new god DS as he hated the old god who had marked/cursed him through the Spectre.
Originally posted by Starscream MBecause that is what I responded to. I just told you how different these two deaths were. He had his back turned against a character who was his silver bullet which is completely different than Ds losing in battle to his son.

Originally posted by AllanklesThe point is we cannot gauge him so we revert back to classic levels. All is well. 🙂

Originally posted by AllanklesI know they don't but we posters sure just it as ammo. Thanos currently cannot be gauged at mistress death's side so we revert post death.
I see. People don't write comics for ammo in vs forums and you seriously have a problem with DS is it because Thanos is usually compared to him?
I like Ds, but I am just trying to clear the air since fc is finally over. Classic Ds is back baby!
Originally posted by AllanklesI thought he looked dead to me. He didn't do anything to prove he is multiversal in a fight so he goes back to classic levels so we can debate him just like we don't use current Thanos to debate him.
Current DS is multiversal. 😉
Wasn't some guy named mandrakk the final threat in fc anyways?

Muhuwahuwhat? Didn't prove to be multiversal in a fight? His replacing god his presence occupies all space time through a singularity. Never knew a fight is needed to prove your multiversal.

Err...tried to replace God. Not DID. As evidenced by the Spectre and Radiant still being empowered. Only Mandrakk took them out. Also...Pax Dei being arrayed against M? He clearly wasn't God or anything close.
