they're never excuses on a guy that the xmen had to make plans for a week of finding ways to defeat him and they still couldnt find any way of defeating him. We're talking about the xmen who found a way to defeat the phoenix in seconds and a team who stalemated the shiar empire.
We're talking about a guy that shield was helpless to, you know, the same shield that had plans to beat wwh, who has plans of taking out thor, etc.. but they couldnt exploit any kind of weakness in cable.

That is all on an earthly scale. Surfer could be even more deadly to earth than that version of Cable. Its also funny how you think that if Surfer doesn't equal Cable then that must mean that Cable is greater than Surfer.

No, I said that surfer EQUALS cable and I also said if there anything else different from the view of it cable>surfer, since well, cable destroyed surfers board which is equal to surfer in durability. I dont think either is more powerful then the other but hey, thats my opinion.

Pffft theres absolutely nothing cable did in that arc thas puts him on surfers level let alone above top tier.. Surfer was holding back the hold time and when he decided to end it oneshotted him.
Also cable wasnt the only person rebuilding the damage, surfer was as well. Look at the pitiful team that went against him. surfer would ko those Xmen in only one blast. shield saying he had the potential to do anything is obviously nonsense as he coudnt even teleport on his own let alone have the ability to do anything. He was a top level telepath and telekinesis user but thats all. Surfer is far more versatile has far more power output and is also far superior physically. Hes not above top tier at all. Not even close.

Surfers board is NOT equal to surfer in durability. Surfer has gone unscathed by numerous attacks that have destoyyed his board. Cable is in NO way shape or form equal to surfer let alone being greater than him

He did plenty, took over earth and noone couldnt do anything about it and again, I agree, surfer could beat the xmen but this was a PREPPED xmen that cable dealt with and they were useless.
God like cable is above top tier and surfer ONLY won that due to him exploiting the xgene, without that we dont know what would have happened. By the way, didnt surfer sneak attack cable. 😕
