that's true most of the time, but in a vs, the stakes are higher than what they'd be in a comic book... i mean, this is why we have the comic vs, isnt it? so we can see just how good a character is in a fight... not saying thor won't brawl, but imo he's intelligent enough to know if he's not going to win by brute force...

Thor actually does fight with his brain sometimes, especially against villains. like during the time he used his hammer to negate juggernaut's magical shields so he could pummel him.

I don't know why when he fights other heroes, the writers just make him brawl it out. especially with the hulk. maybe its because the hulk is more popular than thor and people don't want to see thor stomping hulk from the air with lightning blasts and GFB? (just my opinion mind you)

Just my opinion though. but still, in all the hulk vs. thor fights, i have yet to see hulk take a clean win over thor. Hulk looks like he was getting the advantage.... but he still doesn't knock out thor or make thor quit(even when thor threw his hammer away). so imagine what it would be like if thor started using his full arsenal (nevermind teleportation).
