Spiderman vs Jango

Scenario (a) Rules stated above.
Scenario (b) Spidey allowed venom suit. Boba in Slave 1.

Scenario A: Jango's best chance is to stay airborne and hope a stray blaster bolt hits Spidey. Spidey 9.9/10

Scenario B: Spidey will have to split his attention, obviously, and this will be the edge Jango needs to fry his ass. Jango 8/10

I think Scenario B is still 9.++ in Spider-man's favor, as he could easily avoid the Slave's blaster fire while making his way to Jango, which he would do so even faster with the Venom symbiote.

Jango stomps in the Slave 1 obviously, and even more-so without it. Dur.

The Slave one rapidly fires large blaster bolts that also have concussive force...And how would he get to Jango when he is in it?

Why not...? Look at how he avoids multiple targets falling around him (even using them to fling himself off of) when he rescued Gwen in 2 was it...?

I would imagine Spidey's webbing would be at least a little flameproof, he's used it to block out jetpacks from igniting. I don't remember if he did anything like that in movie, I remember the flaming building scene where the Green Goblin pretended he needed rescuing. It must have been hot in there and he was able to dodge most of the discs thrown at him.

Regardless, Spidey destroys Jango...

Spiderweb is harder than steel, so I imagine that Spiderman's webs would be phenomenolly durable, too much so for Jango.
