Regular thor has been thrashed by thanos together with thing. Even amped in warrior madness he still coudnt beat thanos. The only victory he has, he was amped and it was a thanos clone

WM Thor wasn't beaten by Thanos and the fight was cut off prematurely anyway. Thanos clones have been known to be more powerful than the original like Warrior Thanosi and the like.

but the thing about why he doesn't use that attack, it's because he is an advocate of peace without violence (norrin radd), herald of galactus surfer might do it however so maybe in the future we'll see feets in this matter.
so far under galactus' sway he pwned saakar's oldpower and gave skaar a two piece and a biscuit.
