Takion, Scott Free and Highfather can take him without need of a BFR. Highfather and Takion can manip energies and convert them to different forms. Scott Free can make SBP kill himself. Also Lightray can create stars, it wouldn't be beyond reason for him to create a red sun and drop it on SBP.

The New Gods are not superheroes, unfortunately too much post Kirby stuff outside their titles have portrayed them as such.

If he doesn't then that is CIS and not PIS.
