He isnt PC level and never displayed the strength to have power on that level.

If you're referring to him fighting the Hulk then that's non-canon. Besides he has taken hits from Top Tiers without flinching and more.

I agree, he is close but I dont consider him their equals and no, I wasnt talking about the Hulk fight; that wasnt the only time he did that.

Other than the most outstanding feats like sneezing a solar system away there's really not much PC Superman did that would be out of the realm of possibility for Prime given what he's done before, IMO. There's things he can do that PC Superman couldn't, like laughing off a blast from Mordru.
