Chigur was shot, able to mend himself. Then was in the car wreck at the end and walked off with a broken arm.

Well, I rolled a van six times when I was 17 and I walked away 😕

Just saying that making a sling for a broken arm is not a sign of being tough, it's more a sign of being cool under pressure, presence of mind and what not.

Depends how badly in shock you were and whether you survived the impact in the first place. The whiplash could break your neck in an accident like that. Thick old neck on chigur, though.
