ROTS Sidious vs Two Groups Sith and Jedi

All Out. ROTS for all groups

Sith - Dooku, Maul, and Ventress

Jedi - Anakin, Obi Wan, Fisto

Each battle is separate. Everyone is at full strength for each battle.

Who will win?

I would side with

for sabers,
the Sith team takes Sidious,
but
Palpatine kills the Jedi.

Force,
Sith/Palpatine is close. Dooku was strong, but he was in awe of Sidious even during the Clone wars. Ventress would be a non-issue and I'm leery of taking Maul's one Force accolade (something like "wizard with the Force"😉 and pitting it against Palpatine.

LOTF Kyp shoulda be a decent force match for ROTS Sidious, add the others and it tips the scales.

Based on what? Caedus, who was described throughout Legacy of the Force to be "second only" to Luke himself was also stated to only have more power than Vader at his height.

Yeah, tell that to Masters Fisto, Tin, and Kolar. Windu was more than a match for Sidious in a lightsaber duel, but it didn't prevent Sidious from killing the extra baggage. Even if I were to concede Kyp being on par with Sidious, I would remind you that Sidious is also far more skilled and experienced. Kyle and Jaina are relative neophytes (Jaina herself admits in Invincible that there were "many" Jedi Masters whose Force powers exceed her own).

They'd get crushed and knocked aside, allowing Sidious to take on Kyp. The only way the Jedi would win is if Kyp could utilize those precious few moments to defeat Sidious, which is possible.

But if we dictate this on the merit of strength, Sidious takes it.
