Not sure what you mean by the reference to CBR. From what I've seen of them, they do exactly what you say, assume people are at full capacity and will use every means at their disposal to win. People would have been booted from the thread and/ or banned by now for ignoring or distorting evidence and/ or refusing to argue by the rules. This place is a bit livelier though, probably because people can brush off the rules and argue by story considerations even when the rules say they can't.
Btw, the rules are kind of murky on one thing. There's the CIS thing yet it also says people will fight at full potential and it also says bloodlust meaning they will hold nothing back (which is inherently out of character for many characters) yet we go back to CIS too.

Is Batman faster than bullets or does he move so fast people can't aim? Comics present the latter.
Spider-Man clearly is shown using a combination of Spider-sense and super reflexes. He's faster than bullets but no way faster than light. He already senses where the attack will be and he's moving so fast people can't aim.
That's very different than moving your arms fast enough to block shards moving at light speed and even running around so fast there are multiple images as you block those shards and that is just one example.

question.. is this current 616 versions of these characters simply teamed up to mimic this version of the fantastic four? or the actual what if team? if so i dont think current showings or anything should be used...
it would be more what they were capable at the point and time the what if takes place. its even fixit/gray hulk and i see mentionings of feats that shouldnt count [if it is the what if team] and talk of savage hulk and blah blah.
just curious if this has been cleared up or not.

You just fail to accept the evidence that multiple people have shown you. You want a scan that says that the shards of *light* were traveling at *light* speed . . .
Even if you think she doesn't move FTL, her speed is vastly superior to anyone in this fight. There are plenty of scans that have been posted here and in her respect thread. She doesn't need to move FTL in order to handle these guys.
You don't need an exact mph to know that WW is incredibly fast when you see her do things like lasso zoom, keep up with Jessie Quick, run across the globe in a matter of seconds, etc. etc. These are all things that no one on the team can do and you have to accept that or you are just trolling.
The only real argument for you to make is that members on the team have handled foes with comparable speed to Diana's in the past, and thus won't be taken out immediately. When you can do that, then you'll have something worthwhile to debate.
