People are underestimating both characters
Thor with Speedforce would be a TREMENDOUS upgrade. Let's face it, Thor is not a fast character (despite fanboys claiming his hammer swing makes him fast). Or think of it like this, imagine you made Wally a CL100 with fighting experience and a magical hammer...that would be a crazy upgrade for the Flash.
Also, Superman with Power Cosmic would still retain his weakness to magic (although its not a big weakness anyways). And Superman is the best brawler, now combined with Surfer's mastery over ranged energy attacks makes Superman probably the best herald fighter ever.

this thread is bias. Your filling in more gaps that superman has. And only one gap thor has which is speed. And on top of that your removing thors odin force. Superman lose's all his weaknesses to magic. Superman gains cosmic awareness. He gains the ability to do abything the silver surfer had.
ANd what did you give thor? the flashes speed and took away his odinforce.
gimmie a break dude. SS offers 10 times more to supes then flash does to thor. Only chance thor has is to steal supes speed.

first, get your facts straight
Superman still retains his weakness to Magic...getting power cosmic doesn't remove that weakness
second, you act like having Flash's powers only makes Thor run faster or something
the fact is that having speedforce will speed up ALL aspects of Thor...his reactions, his thinking speed, his fighting speed, etc. It will make Thor a much bigger threat.
Thor.
He gets the speed which is the only advantage Superman has over him imo.
The hammer trumps the power cosmic in most applications when Thor is compared to Surfer.
Superman can absorb more sunlight via pc, Thor can easily siphon it off.
Hammer blows at Superspeed would leave Superman mangled.
The PC is too energy dependent to do well against the hammer.
