sentry, even if he was as strong and as fast and as durable as superman, is not really a trained fighter. unlike superman, who has decent fighting skills which allows him to take on wonderwoman.
without the skills, wonder woman would just turn every punch thrown by sentry into a judo throw

you hit the nail on the head in your post. she's "almost" in far too many categories.
and when superman actually decides to put people down? he leaves her far behind in strength at the very least.

The difference isn't that big but the difference in fighting skill is. Skill > brute force.
The writers from DC are also sexists.

superman is still pretty skilled, though, so her skill advantage isn't really that huge a factor when they fight. it allows her to fight on his level more than giving her any sort of advantage over him.
why do you say that? gail simone is one of their biggest writers, and she's all about girl power. the batwoman comic has been very well received. birds of prey is probably the most successful girl-group comic ever written. maybe there are some writers who are sexist, but plenty of them do a good job imo.
she'd know. trust me.
