"I black out for an instant. The heat of reentry brings me back". And while she was out, she wasn't even deep-out, she was thinking about Max.She pretty clearly was not 'out like a baby'.
Because she used fighting skill, which she's capable of doing in any fight.
That's like complaining Batman's unfair because he might use something on his belt as a distraction. She can do that against Sentry too y'know, and Clark's like a dozen times more experienced and harder to pull stuff on. To someone who relies on pure strength more, it's easier to seize the advantage with skill.
Diana's fought stronger, less skilled Superman and did better against him than normal, going all out Superman, and Sentry's fighting more resembles the prior.
And she did use those wits and skills, and she won that time. It's not like she doesn't have them against Sentry, and Sentry's less skilled so she doesn't even need them quite as much, she can rely on her bracers more. If Superman was less skilled, she wouldn't have needed to use as many tricks, strong or not.
She also went toe-to-toe with a stronger Doomsdayified Superman and handled him even better than the Sacrifice fight (no broken bones- strength alone doesn't matter if one doesn't have the skill to get that grab to break the wrist), and has stalemated him in the past on many other occasions as well.
Why are you focusing on a minority of fights and small parts of fights (She had her wrist broken and Superman had his throat slit. Sentry has less skill and no idea of the tiara, is he more or less likely to suffer major wound from the tiara? Answer: More) and ignoring the most common outcome? It's not like Sacrifice is one-off, they've fought at a near-stalemate probably a half dozen times. It's very well established.
She's got a lot going for her, as long as you don't think 'a bit stronger' makes up for everything else. I don't think it does.
She isn't capable of sneaking up behind a clueless Superman under normal circumstances. That's the point you keep missing. Nvermind, you won't get it and will continue to make up excuses for WW .
She has never done so to Clark outside his mind being controlled. That's the point and that won't be occurring to the sentry here so you have nothing.
If you can show me WW sneaking up on Superman on his own with him looking around like some fool then do so, but odds are it was accomplished because he was mind controlled.
Sentry's fought stronger and more powerful foes than WW so I think he'll do more than fine.
Well, if Superman doesn't hold back he can break her bones and ko her. I think the same can be said for the Sentry considering he is more powerful.
If these characters quit holding back WW loses. She can't beat Clark for a majority when the gloves are off and she knows him intimately. She doesn't have the same luck with the Sentry. Sentry dominates.
