Anakin was a padawan at that time. His power dramatically increased since then.
I do agree that Krayt wins this though.
anakin was very endurant. krayt i recon would have a hard time keeping up (in saber combat), what with his vong seed growth slowly killing him.
force wise, i'm not quite sure. where i am in the Legacy Era stories, krayt hasen't really showed his force powers...
