Yu Yu Hakesho has horrible dialogue. At least, some of the english translations of the manga.

I know I may come off as a little late but does anyone else notice that as of the 2010 polls, Bleach technically isn't in the HST anymore.

I'd like to point out that this forum gets the least amount of moderating. That should speak to how mature, generally, the Anime/Manga people are. Granted, we don't get very much traffic compared to other places.

Can anyone think of a good match-up for Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann? The only one I'm getting is Dark Schneider or Tenchi, but Schneider seems too weak and Tenchi too powerful. So, any ideas?

edit: Maybe if I upped it to Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.....

Darn rules not allowing 1v1v1v1 matches. I really wanted to do a 4-way Bending fight between Aang (airbending only), Katara, Toph and Azula. It's not as if this forum couldn't do with some more activity.

Personally I'd say Azula. *fanboys*

Maaaaybe if I put it in the cartoon section. mmm

Nahh, Azula gets ganged up on, then Toph BFR's the other two. biscuits

Also, speaking hypothetically, where exactly would the fight take place, and when?

Pfft, Aang, Sokka and Toph couldn't tag Azula when she was completely without bending, with bending none of the Gaang are touching her. Also Aang completely humiliated Toph in combat when they first met. I see no reason why he wouldn't again.

Well obviously it can't take place at night with a full moon because blood bending is so absurdly haxxed that that would just be silly. That said, I'd probably have to make two scenario's, one at night and one is the day because of the respective boosts Katara and Azula would get, or possibly make it underground.

As for place I was thinking either the coronation ground where Zuko fought Azula, the place where Aang fought Ozai or the cavern from the season 2 finale. All have some water available, but not enough so that Katara can just tidal wave everyone.

She had the Dai Li helping her during the Day of Black Sun, and she was focused on being evasive, not aggressive; this is why she's been tagged quite a few times when she can Firebend.
Yeah, Aang won a match by knocking her out of the ring. It wouldn't apply based on your proposed choice of arenas. Plus if it's a 4-way battle royale, Aang cannot keep his eyes on everyone, but Toph can sense where everyone else is, with the slight exception of Aang when he's in the air.

Agreed on Blood Bending. That said, unless Katara is royally pissed off, she won't use it, unless it's Azula she's facing. vin
If it's underground, Azula would lose to Katara. 😛

Ermm, the Crystal Catacombs have enough water for Katara to tidal wave everyone >__>. That's how she is able to get to Aang after Azula uses Force Lightning on him. awesome
