Kewl, my training has paid off. After a few years on this site my eyes have been able to auto-avert from any spoiler content, if just barely. But dude, spoiler tags next time >__>
I don't hate you. I just don't want to use spoiler tags for manga that is several years old. Volume 5 has been out since 2009.
Also, research shows you will enjoy and like a story more by knowing the ending and/or plot.

It was.
I am willing to indulge your reasoning.
How was it rape? Give me your definition of rape. Then show me how that runs parallel to what happened in the manga.

I... I didnt even consider it was due to hate. whimper
I get ya though, but stating a major point right after a guy say they've started reading it.. A guy was pissed when I revealed a plot point of Ocarina of Time, 10 years after its release >->
And I don't trust that research. There are many examples where finding out a plot or ending have ruined the experience of the viewer/reader.

Spoiler:
Rape is forced and unwanted sex.Punpun, the protagonist, didn't actually want to have sex, as evident by his crying the whole time. She coerced him into doing it. This event leaves him mentally scarred for the rest of the series. It is effectively Female on Male Rape.

His tears didn't agree with his bonarz. It was slow and gentle, too. Real world woman on man rape (the very very rare kind that is simply not "object" stuff (where you stick instruments in places)) is not slow and gentle.
This is why I needed your definition of rape: so I could argue against it. If you didn't provide it, I could not argue against it.
I expected you to define it as something far more nebulous like: "It was regretted s*x that he said he didn't want to have long before that event and, therefore, became rape to the character." That's more like emotional rape, not literal rape.
But...he was not raped. In any court of law, no rape can be proven: neither of them was intoxicated, there is no bruising, and he was quite happy to deliver the goods.
Spoiler:
Inducing a minor who is less than eighteen (18) to be engaged in sexual activities is subject to
punishment under the Child Welfare Law. According to Japanese Court cases, " inducing a minor to
be engaged in sexual activities means an act of working on a minor to have intercourse or analogous
conducts ( including oral and anal sex) with him or her, or with someone else by exering influence on
the minor virually. It was done through coercing, a type of inducing. Punpun was effectively a minor, even though he might have been at the age of consent. In any event, it was really far from consensual as she, a grown woman, did effectively pressure him into it. By all accounts it is rape.
But yeah, I'm really not going to discuss this issue further. If people want to decide whether it qualifies as

No, by all accounts it was not rape (even psychological). Additionally, pretty much any legal definition can be automatically ignored: the scientific definition is always what I go for. Why? Somehow, a person gains an infinite amount of knowledge over the course of one day from 17 and 364 days and 18 years of age. Before then, they are not sexual beings who can think for themselves. That definitely makes perfect sense. lol

rape
But, you see, there is no debate or discussion. It was legally not rape and it is psychologically not rape. No rape occurred.
In fact...the lady just monologued about virtually unrelated stuff. That's hardly coercion. So even a "violated our friendship" claim cannot be passed off on this one.
Is he mentally handicap? If so, yeah, this is rape. But he apparently is very cognitively developed.

No way?
I enjoyed his style.
That would make it ... a manhwa? Is it any good. In other words, do you think I would enjoy it? (I do not want to waste any time reading it if it is "meh"😉.

This is so manly.
Words can't describe how manly Dynamis is for this.
