That is just as fast as anything I have ever seen from Sephiroth. So, since Link apparently beat Ganon without ever taking a hit, he can deal with that kind of speed.

Link did take hits from Ganon, which means that Sephiroth's sword strikes do nothing to Link.
Pick the way Sephiroth loses. Do you want Link to laugh as Sephiroth slashes Link again and again to no avail. Or do you want Link to see Sephiroth coming at him and stab him in the face.

If Sephiroth slashed Link, he would get seriously injured. You think that Link will laugh while Sephiroth tries to cut him? What absolute BS. If Sephiroth can slash a damn skyscraper in half, he's having no problem cutting that elf in half.

Sephiroth is faster than both Ganondorf and Link. Unlike Ganondorf, Link has no way to cope with such speed.

Haha. No. At what point was Zant attacking faster then Sephiroth, Zant never kept his Velocity when teleporting and he done predictable 'wave my hands up and down with sword' not to mention a lot of that is gameplay. Where as Sephiroth can block two different attacks from two different angles 0.2 seconds apart for funsies, then he can slice five times a second in many different angles for funsies. Also in his weakest form.

I don't beleive ScreamPaste or MooCowofJustice have ever completed the original game let alone played CC. Yeah, he also does that in his weakest form, but while also not trying.

Need I mention that when you do that Link has no need for great agility when he can stop time. Not to mention the various magics at his command. All his weapons, masks, items, armors... when you compile all of the Links, you have an unstoppable Juggernaut.
Now, if you picked a particular Link, Sepiroth would indeed win...
