How so? No one wants me to go to a labor camp and no-one has declared war on the American Government. We seem to have declared war on a military tactic but to say that a group of extremists' views would affect my life, had we not invaded, is simply ridiculous.

No, they deserve to be taken care of because they chose to defend their country. Whether you think the wars are useless or not is irrelevant. If you join the military you ARE fighting and supporting your country and you should get treated by them in exchange.

Evidently you have absolutely no clue of the reasons behind why people in the military fight. Because none ive ever met have ever said it's to do with their country.

Being a soldier isn't even the most dangerous job. You don't hear fishermen whining about not getting free medical care and their job is statistically far more dangerous than being a soldier. They arguably are doing more for their country and their fellow citizens than killing people at some half way around the world.

Don't pretend you care about every vet that gets killed and injured whether they're American or another allied country. The fact is you don't. It's no different from me saying that i didn't give a shit when princess Diana was killed. Or that Jade Goody has cancer. I at least know who those people are or were. Some soldier who i've never met and never will. Why should i give a shit? I don't know them. I'll never know them. The fact that they have to pay for their medical bills makes no difference to my life or the lives of anyone i care about. So again i ask, why should i give a shit?
