Hell, he was simply amazed by Superman fighting.
Prime has zero abilities to counter an Odin timestop. Prime has absolutely no time-altering abilities anywhere near Odin's level of manipulation so this very concept is a joke and a fanboy dream.
The most SBP has even been shown capable of was "punching" his way inbetween timestreams, but nothing has been shown of him even effectively slowing time...much less stopping it.

Someone earlier mentioned that prime isnt the only one to escape from the phantom zone(even if the others had prep). And still regardless of that, the two attacks while in very general and broad terms of description are in the same category( the same way punching and blasting are both categorized as external forces that cause bodily harm) are otherwise entirely different. Therefore no premise can be made for one based on a situation involving the other.
The Post Crisis showing have shown people who are able to move Inside the Phantom zone and communicated with the outside world.
