Scientist: "Ashtoya is still alive..."
John: "What!? You said that she would be dead before the ship reached day four!"
Scientist: "I-I'm sorry sir... we'll unleash our latest project."
John: "Not good enough!"
Scientist: "Sir, It-"
John: "Shut the **** up! On your knees!"
The Scientist hesitated, but got down on his knees. John put the pistol into his eye socket, and looked down at him. "I want three reasons why you should live."
Scientist: "Wel-" A shot tore through him, coming out of the back of his head, and throwing his body crumpled onto the floor. "There are none."
A swift kick the cut forced Jacob back into conscientiousness, bringing his eyes up to John's. "Hey, partner. Bet you didn't even suspect me for a second, huh? You obviously weren't listening to the Sarge! Isn't that right?" A man approached and looked down at him. "You know what I always said, Book. 'Don't trust anyone, farther than you can see them. You always were the goodie goodie trusting type!"
((Yes, I totally want to do it, then we can hit the rig <sarcasm> 😛 I love making people's word awkward. But, you can make the ship hit, because everyone will someone how end up on the floor of the rig, unconcious anyway. =P))
Angela screamed at the top of her lungs as the ship started to grate into the tiny docking bay, making the entire ship shudder and groan.
Jacob's eyes slowly drifted open again, this time to the scene of the ship smashed tightly into the rig platform. The body of the scientist was still crumpled on the ground. The radio built into his armor started to crackle a bit. "Archangel, this is Hotel Bravo, we read your transponder, and advise you to move to higher location, more towards your south." Jacob sat up and coughed before grabbing his radio. "Negative, Negative, sir. I am good to go for pick-up now, I say again, I am good to go for pick-up NOW." The man on the other end responded angrily. "God-Damnit, you are a soldier! It's high time you started acting like one! You're in a shitty situation. Tough, it happens to everybody. Use your training and you will survive, now move to higher location, and bring any survivors you find with you. Over."
~The Ship shook violently when the Middle, wider, portion of the ship began to scrap against the small dock port. Ash let out a yell as the vibrations caused the railing to break, (I know that wouldnt happen but shut up.) and she fell off the ship, falling to the Oil rigs floor. She landed hard on her back, hitting her head and causing her to become unconsious. Her sword fell and stabbed into a crack beside her head. Close call.~
A soldier wearing a ski mask approached Jacob as the others started to lose consciousness. The man picked him up and made him sit up. He took a long drag from a cigarette before looking to two other soldiers. When they gave him the signal, he pulled his pistol from his holster and fired a round into Jacob's head, or so it seemed. The body fell back and blood started to pour out.
Sam brushed himself off a bit. He was still on the ship standing at a now sideway angle. He checked his pockets to make sure his wallet was still there, thankfully it was. He realized the gun was gun. *Damn, not gonna find it now, must have went overboard.* He looked around the area, his head was buzzing. After hitting the ground hard for the second time he was kinda dazzled.
The Blackwater soldier with the ski mask started to approach the others, but noticed that Sam was up and walking around, although dazed. He swiftly and silently moved, climbing up a large part of a crane that had fallen against the ship. The ship itself was heavily damaged, and it was nothing short of a miracle that it did no sink on the hit. It was a given that the ship was taking on water, but not rather quickly. It would be quite a few hours before the ship took on too much, and finally sank. Once he finally reached the top, the soldier pulled out his sidearm and approached Sam. He put the weapon to his head, and slowly spoke, his voice very low. "Where are the others that were with you?"
Sam placed his hands on his face. He shook his head slightly and put his hands down. Sam felt the cold steel of the weapon pressed to his head. It surprised him a bit but he didn't really care to respond to the man. He paused for a moment, before speaking he turned his head and looked at the man. "I've been running all day, been knocked out twice, almost bit by zombies ; least thing that intimidates me right now is a gun." He turned away from the man, the gun still on his head. "I don't know, I just woke up."
The man pulled the hammer back, but slipped the safety on. He kept nervously glancing over at the other soldiers moving back towards the rig, and finally lowered the gun when all of them had gone back inside. Jacob pulled the ski mask off and put it in his pocket. "Damn.. never thought that they would leave. Are you the only one left?"
Sam was leaning against ship, he was a little baffled when Jacob took off the mask but he understood. He opened the his box, only two cigarettes left and one was bent to hell. He slipped the bent one in his mouth. Sam checked his pockets for his lighter but it could not be found. Miraculously he looked between his feet and lighter was standing up on the floor. *Wow, good omen?* He lit the stick and looked at Jacob. "I'm not sure, the crash was probably enough of a boom to throw some people off the ship." Blood dripped down from his head to his face once again. "we should try to find them"
~Ash woke up, wincing as she moved. She put a hand to the back of her head, then looked to her hand. No blood. She then jumped a bit when she saw how close her sword had landed by her head. She let out a small breath and got to her feet pulling the sword from the ground and sliding it into the sheath. She looked over to Wei and ran over falling to her knees beside him.~ Wei!?~She put a hand to his neck to check his pulse then pulled him into a sitting position.~ Wei. Come on big guy wake up.
Jacob put an arm on Sam's shoulder and laughed a little. "Well, I knocked out another guard.. well killed him, but did so without bloodshed. His armor and mask are still there, so I am thinking that you can slip by them like I have been doing." Jacob looked down at a body underneath the crane, and slipped his mask back on. "Besides, the zombies will be heading this way in just a little bit, so we really need to get into the actual rig."
