Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Got it for the PC earlier. So far the experience has been perfectly fine.

Yeah, but you don't care about the clans, mods, console commands etc...

Correct. I care about the actual game.

The game's single player is outstanding. The airport level was haunting and powerful.

BF and Imp! Have you guys ever experience something like this in a video game? Be honest....did you feel guilty pulling the trigger? I did, and I was just shooting the glass and the stores. I only shot the guards...but man! This was quite a feeling.

You know in all the CoD games before this one, we mostly protected civilians and having us shooting them like that feels kind of odd.

Yeah, it's similar to the feeling I got while playing Bioshock and harvesting a little sister for the first time. Great stuff.

I actually didn't shoot anyone until the end of that mission.

I shot every single one of them. Loved it too.

Do I have issues?

I very much doubt I will have any problem shooting down civilians when I get around to playing the game, GTA's already made me accustomed to that.

Yeah, but killing people in GTA is part of the dark humor of the series. This was more dramatic and disturbing in a perfectly timing.

If I hold no regrets running people over in Grand Theft Auto, I will certainly not hold no regrets when going guns blazing in an airport.

twisted1 Me too. I even killed those shot trying to drag themselves to safety. I left none alive.

After all its just a game.....meh, you killed cyber civilians.

When someone plays a hunting game, do they feel bad for shooting a deer....

The point of games is that its fake and we can getaway with the stuff we can do in real life.

Free for all is whooping me hard. I get my ass kick and ask for seconds!

I do much better on Free for All than Deathmatch. I usually end up on the top 4 on FFA but on Dm I usually end up in the bottom 4.

The SP missions so far have been... intense. I loved the one

I lol at the people over gamefaqs throwing a fit because IW put 2 weed references in the game.

Apparentely its okay to shoot civilians, but someone having a title "Joint Operation" is an ass.

I only did the training one. I got all 3 stars. Ill probably start on the others today. I like this feature.

I feel shame in not finishing the campaign yet. Usually I beat the crap out of campaigns before tagging multi/co-op, but this time I went straight to multi. i dunno...I guess I don't like the thought of joining a match with default sets to get raped by a lvl 55 with godly perks and weapons.

I dunno if its the map layout but I am having trouble getting used to the game's pace. Can't do a lot of running, gunning, flanking when everyone's camping every fkn corner.

Me too but there is already a bunch people with higher rankings and it's friggin insane. I don't last more than a minute.
