LOL.

Battlehammer seems to think that there wouldn't be any fighting or skill in a NATIONAL MARTIAL ARTS COMPETITION.

Don't bother talking to them. They're just set out to be biased and claim stupid things.

It's admirable that they haven't deterred you from the truth for so long. You are truly dedicated.

right so he was dancing on his own. thats how he won those tournaments by fighting by himself right ?

yes in a senses. They do routine were they display certain flashy moves and a form of a dance almost. There no actaul fighting taking place.

you think peak norris could take on top MMA fighters? I don't

I'd love to see that, tho. Given that he is in peak physical condition and given enough time to adjust to the evolving styles, he might be able to take a few wins.

Dunno if he can be champ tho.

I think what BH is trying to explain (and you're just not understanding) is that Jet Li's championship was based on a choreographed portion of WuShu. Tho Sanda or Sanshiu exist (w/c looks similar to Kickboxing in terms of style) in WuShu tournaments, it was never shown that Li won in this category of WuShu, w/c is the combat portion of the style (I could be wrong, tho).
