storm is at best an omega like that one comic stated (storm is considered to be less powerful than magneto but yet magneto is only alpha level) and according to most charles is succeed by cable, nate, and jean putting him lower on the list

Cable is only stronger than Chuck when he isn't affected by TO-Virus.

Omega means unlimited potential, key word being potential. Some one can be Omega and still be weaker than an Alpha level mutant. Also, I'm not sure Storm has ever been designated as an Omega.

I'm telling you that within Marvel, Professor X title was, 'The Most Powerful Psychic', and even if Manhunter was stronger, that has no bearing on whether or not Professor X does, in fact, live up to his title within Marvel.
