Shit Im in the UK and watch it about an hour after US screentimes.
I cant stand waiting for a version to be transmitted like 3 days later with adverts all the way through. Ads just ruin momentum.

I assumed it was the same light he saw but im not so sure. I don't remember smokey ever showing a "beautiful light"

Locke talked about it when recalling the experience of the initial scanning to someone else later on.

It must harnass it in some way.

But if they're in Purgatory or some kind of Hereafter, then it would make sense that babies weren't getting born. When a pregnant woman dies, so does her baby. Aaron and Sun's baby are exceptions, because they were destined to escape the island, and that disrupts the whole order of when a person is supposed to die.

I think we can assume now its not Purgatory.
