So there was the story of the 4 teens who watched a man drown and laughed as he screamed for help and all they did was video tape it. Their ages ranged from 14-18. The kids seem like psychopaths, as the cops described some of them as just smirking when being interviewed and others were just cold and detached.
It was originally said they wouldn't be charged with anything, but apparently now the cops have decided to charge them with a misdemeanor for the crime of failing to report a death. This happened in Florida, and the cops themselves say they do not think the law has ever been used like this before to charge someone, but then say "it's a moral issue". That is not as disturbing as what the kids did, but it is disturbing nonetheless.
