Yeah there were some high points. Ep 3 is actually a great movie if you skip every scene with Anakin and Padme that doesn't involve him choking her with his mind.
Attack of the Clones is a ****ing slog though, honestly. So much of that film is cut really badly, overstuffed with 30-second scenes that wipe to another 30-second scene that adds little to the plot proceedings. RotS has some great stuff in it, but again, it's undercut by crap like the abysmal waste of General Grievous and how badly Lucas wrote Anakin (I actually feel bad for Hayden, he might have done a lot better if he has decent lines).
I could go on about the prequels for literally years though so I'll leave it there for now awehuhs
