that's how I put myself to sleep. I actively imagine I'm flying through space then I just melt to sleep like that

If it's me doing it to them then I'm not sure why because I don't do anything outlandish to them. Basically the issue atm is the wiring is messed up with the pickups, so they kind of sputter in and out of life. Was managing alright until today when they just went haywire
how is the wiring in your guitar messed up ?
Anyway sorry life story and all that

I've had sleep problems for a long time. lots of heavy duty stuff can't even put me to sleep. I'm just used to always moving.
I don't even have bad dreams any more. only positive ones where I'm doing cool shiit or flying around in my old neighborhood or flying through the galaxy. I imagine that the air the ceiling fan pushes is the air passing by me as I fly.
Originally posted by RaisenSleep is a major issue for me too, and same with the heavy duty stuff, I was on medication for it at one point and it did absolutely nothing so they just stopped bothering and left me to it aweherm that kind of stuff sounds rad though. How long did it take to master it?

for me it's just a mindset of just not giving a damn in general. leaning not to worry about anything and recollecting dreams that made me feel good when I awoke from them. of course I have days where I slip but that's rare.
Originally posted by RaisenLearning not to worry is difficult for me. I know I said that I like being an emotional person, but learning to dial it down would be nice and probably help me be more productive, since I'm often kept up by recurring thoughts and shit like that, which just gets irritating after a while. I've tried not giving a damn before though and it's tough. I guess it comes with time
