I think his songs were catchy but I felt the lyrics were fairly nonsensical.

Kyle Gass has baby hands but he seems to make it work. lol

I don't mind nonsensical lyrics, as long as they're crafted well and have good imagery. Still though, a lot of his lyrics were about stuff, like feelings of disconnection, drug abuse, confused states of mind, toxic relationships, etc.

Meh...Rihanna gets away with songs like S & M/ ***** better have my Money so it all depends.

I mean if you're judging it by just 'Teen Spirit' then yeah, but he admits those lyrics were nonsense

perhaps it's why Io founfd them unrelatable but I did enjoy the music. I would say though that I preferred RHCPs nonsensical lyrics/singing more that Nirvana's

Understandable, Kiedis may sing pure shit a lot of the time, but it's eloquent and well-constructed shit. He makes gibberish sound like poetry

I don't listen to RHCP much though these days, loved them for ages but then just stopped after a while and I'm not sure why. I have no real inclination to get back into them either. Although I don't listen to Nirvana much either, aside from giving Bleach the occasional spin

Avoid that london fog.

'Terrible' is not the right word though, he was actually decent, it was the way that he connected to the disaffected youth and young adults of the time that made him famous
Okay, "grunge"

Smells like Teen Spirit, Heart Shaped Box, Come As You Are etc.

They lyrics are sooo simple imo. It's like he was on heroin.

Agreed. I would never argue that he has deep or meaningful lyrics, but he sings them well. lol

Oh yeah, it's been over a week since I last had a cigarette.

I had like 4 on Thursday night last week.

Good. Smoking is expensive and bad for you

What pleasure does one even get from smoking a cig? All they did was make me feel sick.

Am I the only one that hates it when people try to mix in tobacco with weed? F*ck that.

Scribble told me they're cool and tbh scribble is pretty cool so

It buzzes from what I have head

Annoyingly this was before I linked to the exact posts instead of the page

I used to hang out with all the smoker kids at school before started playing football every lunch time
