no because this isnt the gdf and shitposting is kinda the whole point here.

Drinking any more caffeine than a can of say, Coke, gives me moderate physical anxiety. So bad shakes, feeling edgy and shitty, and making me piss out what seems like 3x what I drink. Makes getting up a real ****ing pain but there's nothing I can do it about so oh well

That being said even a can of Coke can **** me over if I drink it earlier than two hours after I've woken up

wow that sounds shitty. i'd probably have to live off of the charity of the state if i had your condition. coffee is required for me to be useful to society.

Although my vice was Dr Pepper not Coke

Owned by your own body.

I used to drink Monster and Relentless until I became caffeine intolerant. Preferred coffee though so that's what I miss the most.

That sucks man. I need to lay off them myself though

Tell me about it. It's a huge reason why I'm so lazy at the moment. My depression manifests physically so I have huge issues with lethargy and fatigue, and without caffeine I'm more or less at the mercy of it. It's okay when I have a job or something to focus on, I just kind of roll with it and take the waves of tiredness as they come, but when I'm not in a routine I just **** up instantly and develop awful routines

Really, I have heard it's almost a need for some. Do you just feel really tired or do you need the buzz?

I know people who quite drinking pop and they got all full of anxiety, etc. in the following days and weeks and couldn't figure out why at first.

It's entirely my own fault. When I was 16 I drank and took shitloads of caffeine and one day I went too far. I had around 15 cups of coffee, ten cheap energy drinks, and an entire pack of caffeine tablets. Sent me into a genuine overdose where I spent two hours in violent cold sweats, falling asleep for five minute bursts and dreaming painfully for what felt like hours each time, until I eventually fell asleep. After that I was never the same. Like I say, my own stupid fault.

Isn't it the caffeine withdrawal?

Yep. Heh, my grandma once tried to give up both coffee and cigs at the same time.

you might be sleeping poorly. i used to have insomnia which kicked in exactly 3 hours after falling asleep due to an overactive digestive shitshow that would spring up like clockwork. really fatigued the hell out of me. did a 3 month liver detox and took probiotics and now i sleep fine. with that said, i still need coffee.
