It's entirely my own fault. When I was 16 I drank and took shitloads of caffeine and one day I went too far. I had around 15 cups of coffee, ten cheap energy drinks, and an entire pack of caffeine tablets. Sent me into a genuine overdose where I spent two hours in violent cold sweats, falling asleep for five minute bursts and dreaming painfully for what felt like hours each time, until I eventually fell asleep. After that I was never the same. Like I say, my own stupid fault.

I'm so excited...I'm so excited!

Props to anyone who gets the reference.

Wow, that sound awful. On the plus side, you don't waste money on caffeine.

you might be sleeping poorly. i used to have insomnia which kicked in exactly 3 hours after falling asleep due to an overactive digestive shitshow that would spring up like clockwork. really fatigued the hell out of me. did a 3 month liver detox and took probiotics and now i sleep fine. with that said, i still need coffee.
Poor sleep has plagued me all my life, to be fair. Always had issues with insomnia, and even with the insomnia I also seem to need more sleep than most people, and even then I never feel properly awake. The last year or two have been a lot better in some ways, I'm not as perpetually sleepy as I was from the ages of 12 - 23, but it's still very much there. I'll probably try out the things you did though because honestly beating insomnia would be great. Even when I wake up early and have a full, busy day, it can still take me 1 to 3 hours to get to sleep for some reason.

i recommend it to anyone who drinks/drank. milk thistle and turmeric. do your research on types of milk thistle because some of the crap being sold is ineffective and some are even considered dangerous. i used this brand.

also recommend not drinking any booze at all during the detox.

That's BS, caffeine is the big sell. There should definitely be a decent mark down.

Sounds good. There are a few decent health shops nearby so I'll have a bit of a gander. Might ask my mum too, she's up on her health related stuff

Ikr? But you basically just order the coffee at the base price and then ask for it decaf

Unacceptable.

coffee has to go through an extra process in order to be decaffeinated, so really you should be paying a bit more for it, in a 100% fair-for-all world.

I make Turmeric tea: hot water from the sink, pinch or two of ground black pepper and a teaspoon of ground turmeric. Do it for joint health and it's a natural anti-inflammatory.

Taste is 5/7

Hmmmm..I didn't think of that. That makes sense then
