Driving home from work I gotta go up a fairly a steep hill and there was just one car ahead of me and speed limit is fifty but even before the hill bit this car is doing like 40 then slower n slower up the hill and idk if they were doing this on purpose or what, like it wasn't a shit car it could've easily done fifty up it, anyways at the the top of the hill they were going 25 and I can't over take cause it's double white lines but I should've. So then I beep the horn cause I'm thinking they're genuinely taking the piss, still dunno if they were cause although they sped up it was at the flatter bit and get this the passenger had the cheek to give me the finger out the window, now I would've just returned the favour if I had my window down but it was freezing. Part of me wanted to follow them and find where they live kick their ass murder them chop off every limb and finger to send to their families but I thought better not, just left it and went home. But if it happens again..
