i liked her in wolf of wall street. lots of bad pretty actors and ugly great actors. I'm not shallow like you.

i want that outfit

where is piggle

need more ladies in this thread

not suggesting she's a bad actor. i just get sick of people when they are over-cast in hollywood. for example im also getting sick of tom hardy.

the winners are already decided and its so obvious this year. its all about the #MeToo movement

thats why 3 Billboards... is going to win

No doubt the women in the audience will be outraged the award wasn't given based on merit.

Veronica was pretty good

I've seen reviews the Tonya movie tries to paint her as merely the victim.

I love Tom Hardy lick feel like we dont see him enogh

Tonya was a victim in other ways

Nancy wasn't exactly a peach either - shes kind of a b*tch

*enough

Three Billboards is getting picked on its merits, that film was hugely controversial for daring to show a character deemed 'racist' who gets a bunch of character development and proves his own worth, hardly a classic liberal position right now.

who got a stream

Me 🙂

I mean I can't see how 3BB even fits into the #MeToo stuff other than having a rape/murder as a central part of its plot

hi piggle 🙂

I watched Mudbound, Boss Baby and Beauty and the Beast last night

Gonna watch Dunkirk in a bit

I'm not sure what I'd pick for Best Film, Three Billboards is up there though, as is Shape of Water (although imo del Toro should mostly just get Best Director as that film was hella well made)

I wouldn't mind Lady Bird winning either really, that was a nice little film

Not many films that could be picked for Best Film that would be a direct result of politics tbh, other than I guess The Post, if they were like choosing it as some kind of weird allusion to Trump being indicted like Nixon was? That's what that film was about, right? I didn't see it

Never seen the film. What was the race of the person deemed racist?

Watch Veronica
