I wonder if peoples opinions will change. He still killed her, she was pregnant with his kid. But he could most likely try a "not guilty by reason of insanity" plea, and it might work IF she did kill the kids. In fact I can't see how such a plea wouldn't work if she truly murdered the other kids.
He is from Colorado not Texas, the chance of him getting the death penalty is really slim. He will get life

I'm not defending a murderer. I don't know if this is true. The evidence will show us. If it is I'm saying he could potentially use the insanity defense.
If he is guilty they need to just execute him. Yeah, he'd go on death row first and would use appeal after appeal, it'd be a decade before he even died. For me, if we have 100% conclusive evidence they should just immediately execute them.
