If he is guilty they need to just execute him. Yeah, he'd go on death row first and would use appeal after appeal, it'd be a decade before he even died. For me, if we have 100% conclusive evidence they should just immediately execute them.

Whilst I understand that position, I personally think the person needs more time to think about what they've done. They need to face up and see the pain they've caused before they die. If they seem totally without empathy then yeah just get them outta here though

oh hell yeah, I wrote my dissertation partially on Eraserhead (from a Jungian perspective, also focusing on Lynch's Blue Velvet, Lost Highway and Mulholland Drive)
