Where's the fun in that... I just had a baked potato with tuna, mayo and sweet corn, two slices of white bread with butter and a protein shake, made with milk, a banana, ice cream, whey protein, peanut butter and honey. Delicious.

Originally posted by Putinbot1Cheers dude – I'm trying everything I can to reduce it, so I'm planning on getting my exercise on after I've fully settled into this diet. Just basic cardio stuff for now, but I'm considering into some minor weightlifting later on, my grip strength is pathetic haha

@Scribble, I'll be honest after you have done a few weeks on the bike or whatever, classes are good stuff, I know depression and reasons for it are different for everyone, it's a personal experience. A good pal of mine got really into spin and circuit training, he met his now wife in a beginners class after a year off really bad shit due to a breakup. He got fit and found love. He said he was motivated to train so she'd talk to him, 3 months in they started chatting 2 years later married. He discovered she'd gone their to get over her ex too.

Yeah, they get scratchy after a while too, well annoying. Keep it up tho man, one day you'll have the King Beard
Mine doesn't get scratchy. I just look hideous at a certain length. I've never gone past it to see the full majesty of it. I need to just let it grow one year
Originally posted by UnoriginalYeah man, see where it goes. I'd like to try that some time but honestly I just get bored of it after a while and end up shaving. Plus it suits me better when I'm in my chill clothes, doesn't gel as well with my work getup

Originally posted by Putinbot1Yeah, depression is weird like that. Like a lot of people, I think a lot of mine is naturally just there, but that doesn't mean it's not worth fighting against. Classes are a good idea actually, and that story is pretty inspiring. The place I work has a gym that's free for members to use but I think they also do classes so I might look into them.

Originally posted by ScribbleYeah, I would do classes if I was back in civilisation, here it's not like that, so I do bag work two days a week and lift and do Cardio 2 days a week and play golf at the weekend.

Yeah, I loved that beard, I was so rough and haggard for a the months after it, a beard hid a multitude of sins and gave me a lot of confidence.
