If you are willing to torrent, go to portal roms.

If you have experience with rom sites you can kinda tell which are shit and which aren't.

I tried getting into torrents like a decade ago and it scared and confused me so I kept to being nice n legal

You get a VPN and then download through countries where it's not illegal, like Poland, Italy and Chechnya; they don't give a phuck

I download without VPN's from time to time, never had a problem. I don't do it very often, though, besides porn.

Though from what I've heard about my ISP, they don't really care about pirating like other ISP's do, they basically just ignore the warnings that content creators send them because they're lazy.
