I bought some gingerbread poptarts once. Tasted nasty.

at work there was a little bowl of these ginger biscuits, and note saying something about st Nicholas day in netherlands, they were really nice i had like way too much. but it reminded me of slay and then i was sad.

Just call them cookies.
