I kinda wanna see someone break Pete Davidson's NDA. Hard to believe a court would make someone pay 1 million. Or even half that.

That's the point of an NDA, if you can break it without penalty, then it's useless.

Only legal grounds are if someone was under threat when they signed the NDA. Then they're not legally bound to it.

Legal experts feel it's fishy in terms of if it would stand in court.
