I highly doubt I'll ever transition, or ever even choose to primarily live as a woman, but I'm not opposed to perhaps having my Adam's apple shaved down a little bit if I ever have that kind of cash.

I say just embrace yourself as you are. At best use cosmetics to achieve changes. Do not get surgery unless there is a health issue. I have a back surgery coming up in March I'd avoid it if I could

Put it this way: you can wipe makeup off. If you wear a dress you can take it off if you change your mind(a decent amount of trans do and just realize they are gay).

So why go beyond that?

Some states are going to be harder than others to change, both socially and legally. I really do feel for transpeople who don't live in accepting areas
