The vatican released these files today from when Pope Pius XII was Pope.

People are interested cuz he has been accused of being a nazi sympathizer so they wanna know if any files show it.

Though to be honest there are so many files it will take years to go through.

Seems like a tactic. If the claim that they weren't nazi sympathizers proves to be true it will help paint over the rampant pedophilia problem.
