Why did it go from "mass hording" to "mass thefts"? Well?

Masks are easy enough to steal, transport and resell. But hundreds to thousands of ventilators? Where are they being sold that isn't raising red flags? Well?

China's incompetence is leading to these deaths. Every single death is on their hands. And *why* do you insist on inventing narratives?
