I'm not familiar with the term. What is brutalist architecture?

It's very Soviet

I have the opposite problem. I need to maybe consider the emotional impact my statements could have.
But I imagine it's hard coming from the other side of things, but then again, who cares how people feel about something you've said? It's their choice to take offense, right?

Thanks. I really like the Ancient Roman and Greek architecture. Those pictures always fascinate me.

Overall I would say yes, but I also loathe imbalance. I like a go with the flow, or peaceful atmosphere. I get uncomfortable when people get mad or offended by something I say when I didn't mean it to be negative. Up to a point anyway.

I much, much prefer classical architecture to modern stuff. I went to Italy for the first time last year and was in heaven, Florence was glorious
Yeah, there just seems to be more character in the way things were built long ago. I was awed by the valley of the temples in Agrigento when I was able to visit Sicily.

I do tend to be very careful with words and use tonnes of qualifiers to make sure people don't misunderstand me (not that they always work, but that's life I guess)
