An object in motion tends to stay in motion until an opposing force meets it. At the cold 🥶 ❄️ end of expansion black holes are dead planck singularities, or quintillions of planck spheres posing as one. A silent killer that once in a while meets a proton or something and flings particles at quintillions of times FTL. These particles form something resembling the electromagnetic field created in the human brain.
So the reductio ad absurdum of this scenario is that the overwhelming majority of intelligences in this multiverse will be lonely, disembodied brains, who fluctuate gradually out of the surrounding chaos and then gradually dissolve back into it. Such sad creatures have been dubbed "Boltzmann brains" by Andreas Albrecht and Lorenzo Sorbo
Only this brain is much faster in it's cognition than any future AI scenario we can imagine. If you flip the arrow of time for it's perception, where the future is the past, you can have an intelligent designer. If we escape the sun before it explodes we will still end up dying in or being born from the se black holes that will generate or have generated the mind of God. That last fact can be used to support intelligent design. But from reverse, which is no more or less true than TBB being the beginning.
