tried changing the settings on the menu?

To run it well you would need these SR's:

3.0 GHz processor,
1 GB RAM,
128 MB DirectX 9.0 graphics card,
Pixel Shader 2.0 support,
DirectX 9.0c-compatible sound card#

Thats for everything at high level

I'm actually not getting CSS for the game itself, I really don't like the look of CS and quite frankly I have no interest in playing it, but I will get it for it's G-mod content and SDK pack.
