Telling someone they should kill themselves is ****ed up and horrible, the kind of horrible online harassment that has driven people to do just that.
Scribble shows class in her admission that that is a messed up thing to say, and I think you should apologize too, Bash. It looks like this goes back a few pages and if you haven't taken back what you said, you totally should.
I think way too much of what's going on with a lot of the trolling or arguments is that individual people go beyond insulting someone's views or disagreeing with their politics and opinions and instead gets into people's mental health, physical health, addictions and even gender/sexuality. At that point conversations stop being conversations and begin to be the "toxic environment" that we want to avoid.
That might be easier for me to say since I don't know anything about people's real backstories other than what I've gotten from context clues. A back injury, a head injury, drinking struggles - that goes beyond like, "I don't like that you voted for so and so/think trans women are women"

right but he didn't admit it then, and that was from when he pestered and manipulated the mods to intervene. so he got away with it, in spades.

People/US sports media were talking about Tom Brady being the best sports man ever in any sport but I think comparing to different sports is just dumb cause like world champions in American football is just USA whereas football/soccer has actual international global competition
And Michael Jordan/Muhammed Ali and many others are probably better than Brady if you are gonna compare all sports cause really at that point you're really comparing who's the bigger celebrity that broke through to mainstream not just in their sport
