Why should scribble be punished for a post from nearly a year ago? See it is you who will be the one being treated differently if nothing happens. And Scribble we also be one of the people treated differently if she is banned for a 9 month old post.
Scribble, based on past behavior and the way mods handled you, should be in the clear. If she said it today then it would be different. But her posts are not recent, yours is.
