It's weird how one person gets banned for socking despite bash and whirly being socks. And then of course bash gets no consequences for his behavior.

The 'Bashar Teg' account is not a sock. Bash asked to have his prior account closed in order to use a new name. Whirly did similar.

Indeed, a 30 day ban for calling out the mods, while lestov gets 2 weeks for threatening murder.

only temp-banned for some old forgotten rule breaking. my permabans were via request. one of those times I decided not to leave after all, and the others were because I wanted to change names. I like this name, which is why I've had it the longest

I do know that after you were temp-banned and did your 100+ socks meltdown across the forums over three days, your main account was still allowed to come back. That's a luxury others have not received. You should feel blessed.

Whirly was able to do it and still get privileges. Broly did the same and got perma banned again.

So I feel like this just keeps pointing to the fact there are special rules. why does whirly deserve more leeway than others? what did he do? what is the secret?

Broly has been given more chances than any other poster I've seen, considering the unhinged shit he's pulled.

In fact, if he wanted to return, he could probably PM imp/bada and make it happen still. Maybe wait another month or two.
