James Gunn is a drag.

I think there's levels of it though. Because James Gunn writes and controls a film franchise that makes a ****load of money. Gina Carano can be fired without making much of a change. Just the character is gone.

Plus most of the Gotg cast stood in solidarity and threatened to walk without James Gunn.

And hell they called her "tweets" abhorrent. As in plural, so even if the recent nazi comparison is what got her fired yes they are saying her making a joke about transgender pronouns is abhorrent.

That is the disney standard. Jokes about molesting children are okay, joking about transgender people are not.

So much for the "What about the children?!" progressives profess.

Which is fine, but some are trying to paint this as Disney just upholding its principles.

They are not doing so, they compromise them when they look the other way cuz they can make a boatload of money. And they could have made GG3 without Gunn it's not like he owned the rights.

So it's incorrect to say if you work for Disney you need to tow the line. It is more correct to say if you're conservative, outspoken, and replaceable you need to tow the line. Pedro Pascal will not be fired for calling Trumps supporters nazis.
